In this Reiki-infused sound bath, you’ll experience the powerful resonance of clear crystal quartz bowls tuned to the healing frequency of 432 Hz—known to calm the nervous system and support energetic alignment.
We begin with a gentle guided meditation to shift you from the thinking mind into the wisdom of the body, soothing the way into deeper brainwave states where true emotional and physical healing can occur. Embodied Light Activation
Embodied Light Activation (ELA) is energy medicine for purification, designed to awaken and align your innate life force energy. This group experience—held in an intimate circle of 5–10 participants—activates the light body within, deepening your connection between the physical, emotional, and energetic self. Through a guided energetic transmission, the light naturally reaches into the quiet, tucked-away spaces we hold within, bringing them into gentle awareness so they can soften, open, and flow again. You’ll release stagnant energy, clearing what no longer serves, and open pathways for higher consciousness so you can embody your true essence with clarity and ease.
This is a surrender practice—simply lie down on a yoga mat with a blanket and allow the energy to move through you effortlessly.
