Each session begins with a brief conversation about what feels most important. From there, we follow the format you booked and let the session unfold around your needs in that moment.

My role is to listen deeply, notice what may be underneath the surface, and help create space for clarity, relief, and forward movement. People often leave feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, and more connected to themselves.
 

Do I need to prepare for my session?

No. You do not need to have everything figured out before we begin. Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to be honest about what you are experiencing are enough.

Whether you are navigating a decision, feeling emotionally stretched, or simply needing space to reset, we can begin there.

What kinds of things can this work support?

This work can be supportive during life transitions, relationship questions, recurring patterns, emotional stress, fatigue, decision-making, and seasons when you feel disconnected from your own inner knowing.

What if I am new to Reiki or intuitive work?

You are welcome here. You do not need prior experience with Reiki, meditation, or energy work. I keep the process simple, grounded, and supportive, and I will guide you through it step by step.
